Offices and Organizational Structure of the Department

The Department will be launching a new organizational structure and establish attached offices to facilitate the executions of its functions and smooth preparations to have external linkages and in accreditation.

Organizational Chart of the Department

​

The Department is headed by the Chairman, which is also the the Head of the Departmental Administrative Office. The Chairman supervises the functions of all laboratories and its attached offices. A secretary will be nominated to compile all communications in and out of the Department. There are four (4) attached offices, each with specific functions specified below. These offices are led by a Head. Other faculty members are member of specific offices. The Laboratory Technician is under the OChEPPPL, and the faculty members will have access to laboratories but with the permission of the Head of the said Office. And students are under the umbrella of this chart, which are the Clientele of the Department. Their welfare and development are the primary concerns of this organizational structure.

The attached offices of the Department will be launched this June 2018. They are created for the purposes of division of labor, focus on specific but important work, prepare for accreditation, establish linkages, plan for each area that needs improvement, consolidate the minds for strong but uniform tracks, and facilitate smooth discharge of functions and requests.
